PATNA, India, March 3 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. Call for clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary and injury report from the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 393 of 2024.
3. The matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 18.03.2025, whichever is earlier.
