PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
In this case, on 17.01.2025, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to file supplementary affidavit in two weeks.
2. As per the office notes, the same has not been done.
3. As a last chance, two weeks' time is allowed for filing supplementary affidavit failing which a cost of Rs. 2,000/- is to be deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
4. List this case on 18.02.2025.
