PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard Mr. Vishwanath Prasad Sinha, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. Call for legible up-to-date photostat copy of the case diary in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 451 of 2022 from the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Vaishali at Hajipur.
3. List this matter on 21.03.2025 or after receipt of the same whichever is earlier under appropriate heading. 4. In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
