Parties are not prepared for settlement. On the other hand, respondent - Smt. Babita Devi who is present in the chamber proceedings and is disputing statement made by the appellant related to property. She is interested in sharing of residential property along with the maintenance. On the other hand, appellant who is also present submitted that he has only one residential accommodation and he is living with second wife and two children and it cannot be shared with the respondent.
