PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 7:
Heard Mr. Shailendra Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Sujit Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal filed by the appellant has been admitted and, at this stage, appellant prays for grant of bail and for suspension of sentence till final disposal of the appeal.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant has supplied the copy of the deposition of prosecution witnesses and the relevant evidence led by the prosecution before the Trial Court.
