PATNA, India, March 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard Mrs. Vaishnavi Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Choubey Jawahar, learned APP for the State.
2. Office has pointed out that injury report has not been received as yet.
3. Let an express reminder be issued for compliance of the order dated 20.01.2025, by which injury report was called for from the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 337 of 2024.
4. Learned APP for the State Mr. Choubey Jawahar is also directed to get a copy of the injury report.
5. The matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 02.04.2025, whichever is earlier.
