Heard Mr. Swapnil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Satya Narayan Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Call for the Trial Court Records in connection with Session No. 175 of 2022, arising out of Baisi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020 from the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Araria.
4. Prayer for bail will be considered after receipt from the Trial Court Records.
5. In the meantime, it is open for the RespondentState to file written objection.
