PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
This application is filed for seeking condonation of delay of 44 days (as per the stamp reporter) in filing of the present appeal.
2. In paragraph 4 of the application, it is stated that appellant is a very poor person and he being the only earning member of the family is behind the bars for more than four years, therefore, the family could not arrange the required money for filing the memo of appeal.
3. There is no opposition to this application.
4. In these circumstances, we condone the delay. I.A. No. 01 of 2025 is allowed. 5. List this case under the appropriate heading on 13.02.2025.
