PATNA, India, March 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard Mr. Suraj Kumar Tiwari, learned Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.
2. The present interlocutory application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 64 days caused in preferring the conviction appeal.
3. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that, in the present case, informant is the mother of the victim and her mother's name is mentioned in the FIR. Hence, notice can be served upon the victim's mother.
