PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 7:
Respondent counsel Mr. Birendra Kumar submitted that balance amount of Rs. 1,000,00/- (Rupees One Lakh) has been paid in favour of the appellant - Sarita Kumari alias Jyoti Kumari. He has not filed assets and liabilities affidavit in the light of our earlier order dated 24.10.2024.
2. Further, two weeks' time is granted to file assets and liabilities affidavit. It is made clear that if the same is not filed, we are compelled to decide the matter on merits.
3. Relist this matter on 29.04.2025.
