PATNA, India, March 3 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. Call for the clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary including postmortem report, if any, from the Court of learned First Class Judicial Magistrate cum Munsif, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024.
3. Let the matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 18.03.2025, whichever is earlier.
