PATNA, India, March 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
The applicant has preferred the present Interlocutory Application with a prayer that the order of conviction passed against him by learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Saran, Chapra in Sessions Trial No.917 of 1994/31 of 1994 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
