PATNA, India, April 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 2:
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that matter filed by the co-convict being Cr. APP (D.B) No. 1365 of 2024 has been kept on 4th of April, 2025. He, therefore, urged that present appeal be tagged with the said appeal.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, Office to verify and tag the present appeal with Cr. APP (D.B) No. 1365 of 2024 and list on 04.04.2025.
