Heard Mr. Vipin Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Manish Kumar No. 2, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.

2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.

3. Call for the Trial Court Records in connection with Sessions Trial No. 333 of 2021, arising out of Ucchakagaon P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021 from the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Gopalganj.

4. Prayer for bail will be considered after receipt from the Trial Court Records.

5. In the meantime, it is open for the RespondentState to file written objection.
