Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Panchanpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 64 and 89 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. According to the case of prosecution, at the relevant time, the victim girl was aged about 19 years. On 20.10.2024, she filed a written complaint, alleging therein that from the last five years, the present applicant is continuously establishing physical relation with her on the pretext of marriage, due to which she became pregnant.
