PATNA, India, Feb. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Prima facie, Appellant has not made out a case so as interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge dated 11.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10308 of 2017 in view of the fact that Appellant has remedy of filing petition under the Motor Vehicles Act. In order to provide one more opportunity, re-list this matter after one one week. If the matter is not argued on the next date of hearing, Appeal would be decided with the available records.
2. Re-list this matter on 11.02.2025.
