PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. It is submitted that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of O.P. No. 2, against whom the allegation is appearing very much general and omnibus.

3. Considering the aforesaid, let further proceeding qua petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No. 2797 of 2019, CIS Registration No. 2797/2019, Trial No. 2708 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran, shall remain stayed till further order.
