PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Issue notice to opposite party No.
2 through ordinary post as well as under registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to the bench.
2. List this case after service report or after appearance of opposite party No. 2 whichever is earlier.
3. Meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
