Call for readable photocopy of the case diary alongwith statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (i.e. Section 164 Cr.P.C.) in connection with Barbigha Mission P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024 from the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO), Sheikhpura.
3. List this anticipatory bail petition on 18.03.2025.
