PATNA, India, March 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks two weeks time to file reply of counter affidavit, as filed by the State.
3. Reply as aforesaid, be filed positively within four weeks.
4. Re-notify this case on 15.04.2025, position be retained.
5. In the meantime, interim order dated 21.01.2025 shall remain continued.
