PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 565/2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner fraudulently sold the land of informant, which was bought by informant's grandfather, bearing Khata No. 92, Survey No. 959, Area 1 katha 5 dhurs to his two daughters-in-law through a registered sale-deed on 30.08.2024.
