2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, along with Niladri Gupta and Kaushik Gupta, came to the complainant to purchase paddy. It is alleged that on the assurance of this petitioner that payment would be made within two weeks, paddy was sold by the complainant but the accused persons but the accused persons did not make payment.
