PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 308, 354A, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, assaulted informant and also tried to outrage her modesty.
