PATNA, India, April 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 2:
When the matter is called out, learned counsels for the parties jointly submitted that the other co-convicts have also preferred Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 1445 of 2024 and allied matters and the said matters are now kept on 8th April, 2025. Learned counsels, therefore, jointly requested that the present appeals be tagged with Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 1445 of 2024 and allied matters.
2. In view of the aforesaid, office to verify and tag the present appeals with Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 1445 of 2024 and allied matters.
