Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016
3. As per the prosecution case, there is a recovery of 8 litres of country made liquor from Passion Pro motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the local chaukidaar only on suspicion and the petitioner was neither the owner of the said motorcycle nor is in any way concerned with the said seized liquor.
