PATNA, India, March 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
A prayer for pass over has been made on behalf of the respondents on account of indisposition of the lawyer who has to address this Court.
2. The learned Advocate for the appellant, however, would find it difficult to appear in this matter tomorrow. He seeks a longer adjournment.
3. Let this matter come up for consideration on 11th of February, 2025.
