PATNA, India, Feb. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Issue bailable warrant for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the respondent- Dayanand Mandal in the light of previous order dated 20.01.2025 and it reads as under:-
On 12.11.2024 respondent remained absent. Today also, he remained absent. Therefore, issue notice through Registry for his personal appearance. If there is no presence of respondent on the next date of hearing, in that event, we are compelled to issue bailable warrant.
2. Re-list this matter on 04.02.2025 at 02:15 P.M. in Chamber." 2. Re-list this matter on 25.02.2025.
