PATNA, India, May 29 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 1:
Today, the matter has been listed under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for grant of provisional bail on account of the death of his father.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner died on 25.04.2025 and therefore, petitioner may be released on provisional bail for a period of four weeks.
3. In view of the above, learned APP for the State, Mr. Choubey Jawahar is directed to verify the factum of the death of the petitioner's father and submit a report in this regard.
4. List this case on 05.05.2025 under the heading "To be Mentioned."
