PATNA, India, Feb. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
In the light of our previous order dated 28.01.2025 appellant has demanded a sum of Rs. 50,00,000/- for which we have requested respondent-Ashutosh Kumar to apprise for counter proposal. Today, respondent-Ashutosh Kumar is ready to pay Rs. 11,00,000/- and it is not feasible according to the appellant-Prerna. Therefore, matter is required to be adjudicated on merits.
2. Re-list this matter on 18.02.2025 before the Court.
