PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:

2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c), 23(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act lodged on 19.03.2024 by the informant, Rajan Kumar.
3. As per the prosecution story, the police upon secret information, went to a crossing and saw two persons trying to escape on a motorcycle. They were apprehended and disclosed their names as Surendra Raut Kamkar and Prabhu Singh and from their joint possession, there is recovery/seizure of 15.530 kgs ganja. Accordingly, the FIR.
