Despite granting six months' time on an earlier occasion, the Appellants could not apprise this Court with authenticated document. On the other hand, whatever the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of Appellants in the month of August, 2024 read with the documents at page Nos. 11 to 14 dated 06.04.2015 do not reveal the service particulars of Appellants, on the other hand page-15 to 19, a list has been prepared and it is not authenticated and not signed by any competent authority.
