PATNA, India, June 11 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 13:

2. Vide order dated 11.04.2025, a legible Xerox copy of a case diary as well as FSL report was called for from the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S Case No. 03 of 2025.
3. The office has pointed out that the case diary has been received by the office, however, FSL report has not been received yet.
4. Considering the same, office is directed to send an express reminder to the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, for transmitting the FSL report in connection with Mahnar P.S Case No. 03 of 2025, at the earliest.
