2. Call for clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary and post-mortem report from the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. case No. 233 of 2024..
3. The matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 18.03.2025, whichever is earlier.
