PATNA, India, May 29 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 1:
Heard Mr. Rajesh Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2.
2. Both parties are appearing in person.
3. The modes of payment amicably decided between the parties, where the first installment of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five lakhs) shall be paid by O.P. No.2, namely, Raghvendra Dubey positively by 30th of May, 2025 by way of demand draft drawn/RTGS in favour of petitioner Mr. Nitish Sharma. It is further agreed between the parties that beside aforesaid amount, by the end of this year Rs. 75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy-five Lakhs) shall be paid to petitioner, ...
