Heard Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Dilip Kumar Sinha, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Call for the Trial Court Records of Sessions Trial No.908 of 2022/CIS No.908 of 2022, arising out of Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No.564 of 2021 from the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Patna.
4. Prayer for bail will be considered after receipt of the Trial Court Records.
5. If the State wants to file written objection, the same may be filed before the next date of hearing.
6. Re-notify this matter on 16th of April, 2025.
