2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that after partition of the land between husband of informant and her Bhaisur (petitioner no. 1), the husband of informant constructed the house on the share of his own land.
