PATNA, India, April 9 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 25:

On repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the appellants. However, learned counsel for the respondent is present.

2. On perusal of records, it seems that learned counsel for the appellant is not appearing from two consecutive dates to press this appeal.

3. On going through the records, it appears that the present Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable as the value stated in this Memo of Appeal is Rs. 50,000/- which is less than Rs. Ten Lakhs.

4. Accordingly, the present Miscellaneous Appeal No. 352 of 2021 is dismissed with liberty to the appellants to avail his remedy before the learned District Judge concerned.
