In the light of previous order, Ms. Sahila, Director of Secondary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar is present. She is not in a position to apprise this Court with reference to documents to be examined by this Court like recognition of the particular school where the appellant was appointed, whether the said institution has been treated as a Project Girls High School, Paliganj and what are the terms and conditions for the purpose of treating the appellant as a part and parcel of Project Girls High School, Paliganj. She is hereby directed to apprise on the next date of hearing, failing which adverse order would be passed.
