PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Mr. Bimlesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the supplementary affidavit could not have been filed despite the much efforts of the petitioners as the relevant documents such as certified copy of the sale deed and Jamabandi etc. have not been obtained by the petitioners on account of the same being available in the Revenue Office from where it is not an easy task to get the same, however, the petitioners are making sufficient efforts to get the same and further four weeks' time is required.
2. Having considered the above submissions, put up this matter after four weeks under appropriate heading.
