PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application on behalf of Petitioner No. 2 as during pendency of this case, Petitioner No. 2 have already been arrested.
3. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application on behalf of Petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. The Petitioner No. 1 apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1) and 303(2) of the B.N.S..
