PATNA, India, March 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
Learned counsel for the appellant on instruction submitted that respondent is residing abroad with job as a driver in the Middle East. Among two children, one son is with the respondent and another son is with the appellant. They are living separately for the last one decade.
2. Having regard to the records, it is evident that there are no chances of reuniting themselves.
