PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State .
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment Act 2022) .
3 . Prosecution case is that 1408.320 liters of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from truck bearing Registration No. BR-04-GB-7393 .
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
