PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 7:
The present interlocutory application has been filed for grant of provisional bail on the ground of death of the father of the applicant.
2. Heard Mr. Rajani Kant Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Sujeet Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.
3. Learned A.P.P. to take instruction and call for the report from the concerned Police Authority.
4. Re-notify this matter on 10.04.2025.
