02. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nimchandpura P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, petitioner and other FIR named co-accused persons along with 4-5 unknown persons, making an unlawful assembly and variously armed, came to the house of the informant and tried to assault the son of informant.
