PATNA, India, May 29 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 1:
As jointly prayed by learned counsel for the parties, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of Patna High Court to explore the chances of reconciliation between them. Both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Center on 16.5.2025.
2. List this case immediately after receipt of the report of the Mediation Center.
3. Meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
