PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Issue notice to O.P.-2 by both process i.e. ordinary post as well as registered cover with A/D, for which, requisites must be filed within two weeks, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to Bench.
3. Put up either after appearance of opposite party no. 2 or after receipt of service of notice, whichever is earlier.
4. Till further order, no coercive step shall be taken against this petitioner in the present complaint case.
