PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. 2. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and petitioner no. 2 is the sister-inlaw (Gotani) of the opposite party no.
2. It is submitted that allegation against petitioners is very much general and omnibus.
3. Considering the aforesaid, let further proceeding in connection with Mahila (Siwan) P.S. Case No. 20/2021 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, shall remain stayed till further order.
