PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 623 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act lodged on 21.08.2019 by the informant, Tahira Khatoon @ Priyanka Kumari.
3. In order no. 4, there is a typographical mistake in paragraph-6 and the same be read as follows: "6. As jointly prayed for, list this case on 31.01.2025."
4. Both the parties have jointly submitted that pursuant to the agreement, the petitioner is making payment to the lady.
5. Time has now come to consigned the file.
