PATNA, India, March 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard Mr. Saroj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Manish Kumar No.2, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that, in the present case, informant is victim and her father's name is mentioned in the FIR. Hence, notice can be served upon the informant's father
4. Issue notice to the informant's father by registered post with A/D as well as by ordinary process, on steps being taken by the appellant for filing requisites etc. within a period of two weeks from today, returnable on 16.04.2025.
