PATNA, India, April 9 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 25:
No one appears either on behalf of the appellant or on behalf of the appellant.
2. On perusal of the records it appears that the present Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable against the order which has been challenged and proper remedy seems to lie by way of filing an application under section 227 of Constitution of India in view of the order dated 27.04.2010 passed in Civil Revision No.1067 of 2009.
3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
